MIL-STD-983A, MILITARY STANDARD: SUBSTITUTION LIST FOR MICROCIRCUITS (28 FEB 1992) [S/S BY MIL-HDBK-983]., The purpose of this standard is to provide contractors, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM'S), program offices and the acquiring activity with a substitution List between existing source or specification control drawing (SCD) numbers and standardized military drawing and military specification numbers covering microcircuits used in military applications.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO10360specifiestheacceptancetestsforverifyingtheperformanceofacoordinatemeasuringmachine(CMM)usedformeasuringlineardimensionsasstatedbythemanufacturer.ItalsospecifiesthereverificationteststhatenabletheusertoperiodicallyreverifytheperformanceoftheCMM.TheacceptanceandreverificationtestsgiveninthispartofISO10360areapplicableonlytoCartesianCMMsusingimagingprobingsystemsofanytypeoperatinginthediscrete-pointprobingmode.ThispartofISO10360doesnotexplicitlyapplyto:-non-CartesianCMMs;however,partiesmayapplythispartofISO10360tonon-CartesianCMMsbymutualagreement;-CMMsusingothertypesofopticalprobing;however,partiesmayapplythisapproachtootheropticalCMMsbymutualagreement;-CMMsusingcontactprobingsystems(seeISO10360-2forcontactprobingsystems).ThispartofISO10360specifiesperformancerequirementsthatcanbeassignedbythemanufacturerortheuserofaCMM,themannerofexecutionoftheacceptanceandreverificationteststodemonstratethestatedrequirements,rulesforprovingconformance,andapplicationsforwhichtheacceptanceandreverificationtestscanbeused.
