【摘要】:Thisinternationalstandardspecifiesage-relatedluminancecontrastofanytwolightsofdifferentcolourseenbyapersonatanyagebytakingintoaccounttheage-relatedchangeofrelativeluminousefficiencyoftheeye.Thisbasicinternationalstandardprovidesamethodthatcanbeappliedtothedesignofvisualsignsanddisplays.Itappliestovisualenvironmentsinwhichthespectralradianceisknownormeasurableandviewedunderthemoderatelybrightlightlevelcalledphotopicvision.Itdoesnotapplytothosewhichareseenunderadarkenvironmentcalledmesopicand/orscotopicvision.Thisinternationalstandardspecifiestheluminancecontrastforpeoplefrom10yrsto70yrsofagewhohavehadnomedicaltreatmentorsurgeryontheireyesthroughouttheirlife.Forpeopleyoungerthantenyearsoldorolderthan80yearsold,thisdocumentmayapplybyestimatingtheage-relatedspectralluminousefficiencybyextrapolation.Thisinternationalstandarddoesnotapplytovisualsignsanddisplaysseenbypeoplewithcolourdefectswhohavedifferentspectralluminousefficiencyfrompeoplewithnormalcolourvision.
