【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsandmeansofmonitoringforinadvertentmovementandillicittraffickingofradioactivematerial.Itprovidesguidelinesontheuseofbothstationaryandportable(e.g.handheld)instrumentstomonitorforradiationsignaturesfromradioactivematerial.Emphasisisplacedontheoperationalaspects,i.e.requirementsderivedformonitoringoftrafficandcommoditiesmainlyatbordercrossingfacilities.AlthoughthetermborderisusedrepeatedlyinthisInternationalStandard,itismeanttoapplynotonlytointernationallandbordersbutalsomaritimeports,airports,andsimilarlocationswheregoodsorindividualsarebeingchecked.Thisdocumentdoesnotaddresstheissueofdetectionofradioactivematerialsatrecyclingfacilities,althoughitisrecognizedthattransboundarymovementofmetalsforrecyclingoccurs,andthatmonitoringofscrapmetalsmaybedoneatthebordersofastate.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoregulatoryauthoritiesseekingguidanceonimplementationofactionplanstocombatillicittrafficking,tolawenforcementagencies(e.g.borderguards)toobtainguidelinesonrecommendedmonitoringprocedures,andtoequipmentmanufacturersinordertounderstandminimumrequirementsderivedfromoperationalnecessitiesaccordingtothisInternationalStandard.

【摘要】:Theparametersobtainedfromtheseproceduresareintermsofundrainedtotalstress(asalreadymentionedin1.1.1.).However,therearesomecaseswhereeithertherocktypeortheloadingconditionoftheproblemunderconsiderationwillrequiretheeffectivestressordrainedparametersbedetermined.Unconfinedcompressivestrengthofrockisusedinmanydesignformulasandissometimesusedasanindexpropertytoselecttheappropriateexcavationtechnique.Deformationandstrengthofrockareknowntobefunctionsofconfiningpressure.Theconfinedcompressiontestiscommonlyusedtosimulatethestressconditionsunderwhichmostundergroundrockmassesexist.Theelasticconstantsareusedtocalculatethestressanddeformationinrockstructures.Thedeformationandstrengthpropertiesofrockcoresmeasuredinthelaboratoryusuallydonotaccuratelyreflectlarge-scaleinsitupropertiesbecausethelatterarestronglyinfluencedbyjoints,faults,inhomogeneities,weaknessplanes,andotherfactors.Therefore,laboratoryvaluesforintactspecimensmustbeemployedwithproperjudgmentinengineeringapplications.Note28212;Notwithstandingthestatementsonprecisionandbiascontainedinthistestmethod;themeasuresofprecisionofthesetestmethodsaredependentonthecompetenceofthepersonnelperformingthem,andonthesuitabilityoftheequipmentandfacilitiesused.AgenciesthatmeetthecriteriaofPracticeD3740aregenerallyconsideredcapableofcompetentandobjectivetesting.UsersofthistestmethodarecautionedthatcompliancewithPracticeD3740doesnotinitselfassurereliabletesting.Reliabletestingdependsonmanyfactors;PracticeD3740providesameansforevaluatingsomeofthosefactors.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthestrengthofintactrockcorespecimensinuniaxialcompressionandconfinedcompression.Thetestsprovidedataindeterminingthestrengthofrock,namely:theuniaxialstrength,shearstrengthsatvaryingpressuresandvaryingtemperatures,angleofinternalfriction,(angleofshearingresistance),andcohesionintercept.Thetestmethodspecifiestheapparatus,instrumentation,andproceduresfordeterminingthestress-axialstrainandthestress-lateralstraincurves,aswellasYoung'smodulus,E,andPoisson'sratio,.Itshouldbeobservedthatthismethodmakesnoprovisionforporepressuremeasurementsandspecimensareundrained(platensarenotvented).Thusthestrengthvaluesdeterminedareintermsoftotalstress,thatis,arenotcorrectedforporepressures.Thistestmethoddoesnotincludetheproceduresnecessarytoobtainastress-straincurvebeyondtheultimatestrength.1.1.1ThisstandardreplacesandcombinesthefollowingStandardTestMethodsfor:D2664TriaxialCompressiveStrengthofUndrainedRockCoreSpecimensWithoutPorePressureMeasurements;D5407ElasticModuliofUndrainedRockCoreSpecimensinTriaxialCompressionWithoutPorePressureMeasurements;D2938UnconfinedCompressiveStrengthofIntactRockCoreSpecimens;andD3148ElasticModuliofIntactRockCoreSpecimensinUniaxialCompression.1.1.2TheoriginalfourstandardsarenowreferredtoasMethodsinthisstandardasfollows:MethodA-TriaxialCompressiveStrengthofUndrainedRockCoreSpecimensWithoutPorePressureMeasurements;MethodB-ElasticModuliofUndrainedRockCoreSpecimensinTriaxialCompressionWithoutPorePressureMeasurements;MethodC-UnconfinedCompressiveStrengthofIntactRockCoreSpecimens;MethodD-ElasticModuliofIntactRockCoreSpecimensinUniaxialCompression;andOptionA-ElevatedTemperatures.1.2Foranisotropicmaterial,therelationbetween......
