【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsforresistanceseamweldinginthefabricationofassembliesofuncoatedandmetalliccoatedlowcarbonsteelcomprisingtwosheetsofmetal,wherethemaximumsinglesheetthicknessofcomponentstobeweldediswithintherange0,4mmto3mmforthefollowingmaterials:—uncoatedsteels;—hot-dipzincoriron-zincalloy(galvannealed)coatedsteel;—electrolyticzinc,zinc-iron,orzinc-nickelcoatedsteel;—aluminiumcoatedsteel;—zinc-aluminiumcoatedsteel.Organic-coatedorprimer-coatedsteelsarenotcoveredbythisInternationalStandard.GuidelinesforthedesignofappropriateseamweldingequipmentandweldingconditionsaregiveninAnnexesAandB.Theseareforguidanceonlyandmayneedtobeadaptedtosuitthespecifiedserviceconditionsofthefabrication,prevailingproductionconditions,typeofweldingequipment,mechanicalandelectricalcharacteristicsoftheweldingmachine,electrodeconfiguration,andmaterial.Theserequirementsshallbetakenfromtherelevantweldingprocedurespecificationfortheapplicationorprocedure,wheretheseexist.
