【摘要】:ThistestmethodcoverstheX-rayfluorescencespectrometricdeterminationoftotalsulfurandtracemetalsinsamplesofraworcalcinedpetroleumcoke.ElementsdeterminedusingthistestmethodarelistedinTable1.Detectionlimits,sensitivity,andoptimalelementrangeswillvarywithmatrices,spectrometertype,analyzingcrystal,andotherinstrumentconditionsandparameters.Allanalytesaredeterminedastheelementandreportedassuch.TheseincludeallelementslistedinTable1.Thistestmethodmaybeapplicabletoadditionalelementsorconcentrationrangesifsufficientstandardsareavailabletoproducepropercalibrationequations.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
