【摘要】:1.1Thisclassificationsystemcoverspolychlorotrifluoroethylene(PCTFE)plasticsthatconsistofatleast90%chlorotrifluoroethyleneandaresuitableforextrusionandforcompressionandinjectionmolding.Additionalcomponentsallowforchemicalmodifications,suchasco-monomers,butnotcolorants,fillers,plasticizers,ormechanicalblendswithotherresins.ThisclassificationsystemdoesnotcoverrecycledPCTFEmaterials.1.2ThephysicalandelectricalpropertiesofpartsmoldedorextrudedfromPCTFEmoldingcompoundsvarywiththecrystallinecontentobtainedduringprocessingandsubsequentannealing.Accordingly,thenumericalvalueslistedinTable1applyonlytothetestspecimensmoldedinaccordancewithSection8.Thesevaluesarenotapplicableasdesigncriteriatosemi-finishedandfinishedpartspreparedandannealedunderotherconditions.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsasdetailedinaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thefollowingprecautionarystatementpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section10,ofthisclassificationsystem:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note18212;AlthoughthisclassificationsystemandISO12086-1(1995)andISO12086-2(1995)differinapproachordetail,dataobtainedusingeitheraretechnicallyequivalent.
